Welcome to AncientTao (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding institutional agreement between you (the "Client" or "User") and AncientTao. By accessing our platform, browsing our digital aesthetic portfolios, or submitting an official procurement authorization request, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following comprehensive terms.

AncientTao acts strictly as an independent premium Private Sourcing Agency and Sourcing Concierge. We operate a high-touch, on-demand reverse-sourcing infrastructure to assist clients in procuring bespoke, cultural, and aesthetic goods directly from premium source suppliers and artisans across Asia. We are not the manufacturer, legal trademark owner, or primary inventory holder of any physical products.

AncientTao provides a comprehensive four-stage premium procurement pipe: custom regional source identification, secure transaction liquidation with local vendors, rigorous physical quality inspection at our domestic fulfillment studio, and specialized multi-layer secure logistical packaging. We do not mass-produce, pre-stock, or sell commercialized inventory. All assignments are executed under direct, individual mandate from the Client.

All intellectual data, technical specifications, dimensional photos, structural materials, and aesthetic depictions of sourced goods are provided by the original source suppliers. While our sourcing specialists rigorously cross-examine and verify vendor claims during physical inspection, AncientTao does not warrant or guarantee that supplier-provided data is flawless, structurally absolute, or error-free.

To guarantee absolute financial transparency, AncientTao utilizes a verified Two-Stage Payment Structure:

Prior to international export, our team executes a live physical quality control assessment. We verify structural integrity and ensure the item matches the primary specifications provided. This operation constitutes a dedicated customer-care inspection and does not function as a professional commercial product certification, product engineering warranty, or technical regulatory endorsement. Final client validation of the inspection media constitutes 100 percent acceptance of item condition.

Due to the immediate capital deployment required for custom reverse-sourcing, once our domestic desk purchases the item from the source supplier, the transaction is structurally final. Cancellation, modifications, or service fee reversals are completely unavailable. Please refer meticulously to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for specific operational details.

All estimated delivery transit windows provided by our logistics partners are for administrative reference only. AncientTao exerts no operational jurisdiction over sovereign customs clearance protocols, unexpected import holds, regional weather force majeure, national holiday postal backlogs, or local postal destination carrier carrier delays. All international shipping options are routed via secure, pre-taxed DDP channels whenever possible to guarantee doorstep drops.

AncientTao is legally liable solely for the administrative execution of our professional sourcing, physical quality assessment, and customized packaging services. Under no legal theory shall AncientTao be held accountable for latent manufacturing defects, structural wear over time, supplier financial insolvency, sovereign customs destruction mandates, or logistical damage handled by global transport carriers. Our maximum aggregated financial liability shall never exceed the fixed 19.99 USD service fee paid by the Client.
