What we do: We identify the product, confirm its price and availability with the seller, and prepare a clear Stage 1 quote.
Free confirmation: Product confirmation and quotation are provided at no charge.
Step 2: Approve the Quote and Pay the First Invoice
What you do: Review the product details and approve the quote before we purchase anything.
Your first payment includes: Actual product cost + China domestic shipping + sourcing service fee.
What happens next: After payment, we purchase the approved product and have it delivered to our China receiving location for inspection.
Stage 2: Inspection and International Shipping
Step 3: Receive and Inspect in China
What we do: After your products arrive at our China receiving location, we inspect them and send you unedited photos and videos.
What you do: Review the inspection results and confirm whether the products are ready for international shipping.
Step 4: Approve the International Shipping Quote
After your approval, we securely pack the products and calculate international shipping based on the actual packed weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
Your second payment includes: Actual international shipping cost only.
You receive the complete shipping quote before payment.
Step 5: Reinforced Packing and Tracked Delivery
What we do: After receiving the international shipping payment, we reinforce the packaging and dispatch your order through a tracked international shipping line.
Estimated delivery: Delivery to the United States typically takes approximately 8-15 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: We provide a tracking number so you can follow the shipment until delivery.

If Inspection Finds a Problem
If we identify visible damage, defects, or an incorrect item during inspection, we will send you photos or videos, contact you, and assist with a return or exchange according to the seller's policy.
Any seller-imposed return shipping fees or non-refundable charges will be clearly explained before action is taken. Your order will not be shipped internationally until you approve the inspection results.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is international shipping paid separately?
International shipping is not included in your Stage 1 payment because the final cost depends on the packed weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method, which can only be determined after inspection and packing. After your order arrives at our China receiving location, we inspect and securely pack it, then send you a separate Stage 2 shipping invoice for approval and payment before dispatch.
What happens if inspection finds a problem?
We will send you photos or videos of the issue and contact you before shipping. We assist with a return, exchange, or refund request according to the Chinese seller's policy. Any seller-imposed return shipping fees or non-refundable charges will be clearly explained before action is taken. Your order will not be shipped internationally until you approve the inspection results.
Can I combine products from different sellers?
Yes. You can submit product links from different sellers in the same request. We confirm each product's price and availability separately, and all items are delivered to our China receiving location for combined inspection and packing before international shipping.
Are duties and taxes included?
Duties and taxes are not automatically included in all orders. When you select a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method, applicable import duties and taxes are included in the shipping quote. For other shipping methods, duties and taxes may be assessed by the destination country and are your responsibility.
